You can enjoy “exclusive use” of the lodge with a programme tailor-made to suit your timetable, agenda and individual needs. Our Chef will provide light refreshments, delicious and refreshing lunches, four-course dinners with signature Waipara wines and gourmet breakfasts. We can also accommodate single-day bookings including refreshments and luncheon.

You have the choice of boardroom style meeting facilities for up to 10 people or alternatively a cinema style meeting room for up to 28 people. The Lodge is equipped with high speed internet access, CD/DVD and Video facilities and we can, by prior arrangement, also provide a whiteboard, screen, overhead projector and other equipment to suit your requirements.

A variety of on-site or local activities can be arranged to compliment your programme and create a highly effective and memorable event. These include an exciting morning Land Rover “safari” adventure through our private nature reserve, hiking, orienteering, fishing, horse riding and more.
