We are a wonderfully romantic and secluded retreat for your wedding, honeymoon, a special anniversary, or simply a perfect place to indulge for a getaway weekend or to rekindle love and romance.

Claremont, with its elegant historic homestead, gorgeous gardens and stunning surroundings is an idyllic backdrop for that memorable wedding. If you are seeking an intimate, romantic candle-lit dinner, we can arrange a personal chef to provide you with private dining and a sumptuous meal in our conservatory dining room or in the ‘blue room’ to the accompaniment of music of your choice.

At Claremont Country Estate luxury lodge, we tailor the event to suit your wishes and for weddings offer “exclusive use” of the lodge with luxury accommodation for up to eights guests and we can provide additional on-site accommodation for a further nine guests in our Claremont Cottage and/or Owners Retreat villa.

Claremont is able to provide a spectacular venue for the wedding ceremony and photographs followed by a garden reception with champagne and canapés. This can be followed by an on-site formal reception for up to 30 guests.

Our chef will liaise with you to provide a menu worthy of your special event. For larger groups, a marquee will be needed and we recommend the use of a wedding planner. We will provide the venue, you arrange the marquee and contract caterers.

Please note we do not offer Claremont as a wedding venue unless you stay at the lodge or take exclusive use of the main lodge.
