Booking conditions, general information and policies

• Check-in time. From 3.00pm to 6.00pm unless other arrangements are made.

• Check-out time. By 11.00am unless other arrangements are made.

• Minimum stay. There is a two night minimum stay for all rooms from 24th December to 3rd January inclusive.

• Child Policy. In consideration of other guests, children under 12-years other than infants less than 2-ys are not accepted. Infants under 2-years occupying parents room – no charge.

• Cots and High Chairs are available for infants on request at $80.00 per night.

• Pet Policy. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.

• Room Servicing. Daily room servicing and cleaning is also included. No evening turn-down service is provided.

• Guided Land Rover Excursion. Tour is operated 10am to 1.00pm during the high season only (1 October to 30 April) and is subject to suitable weather conditions. This tour is not suitable for infants and very young children or those with disabilities.

• City and airport transfers. Distance from airport is 45 minutes. Self-drive is strongly recommended. Minibus transfers can be arranged from Christchurch city or airport from around NZ$140.00 nett per vehicle – payable direct. Chauffeur driven Limousines can be arranged from around NZ$195.00 net per vehicle (up to 4 pax) - payable direct. Transfer costs are indicative and may be subject to change as other operators are involved.

• Christmas Day/Boxing Day and New Years Eve/New Years Day surcharge. There is a net surcharge of NZ$120.00 per person applies for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

• Cancellation Policy.
- 30 days or less from the date of arrival - one nights tariff
- 7 days or less from the date of arrival - 100% is charged
- group an d Christmas/New Year bookings are subject to 60 days notification.

• Travel Insurance We recommend that guests purchase insurance that covers cancellation and we reserve the right to debit your credit card in accordance with the above cancellation policy regardless. If you do not have travel insurance we suggest that you consider Comprehensive Travel Insurance Ltd who have developed a policy specifically for overseas residents traveling to New Zealand.
